Burn permits are required, throughout the State of Alaska, by the Division of Natural Resources.

Needed: April 1 - August 31.  Burn permits are not currently needed.

 

Responder Leave of Absence Form. Please submit to Service or District Chief for signature.

If you return from medical leave, this form must be completed by a physician.
